Shipping
- All items are made in and ship from Australia
- Ready-made items ship within 5 business days of sale (usually less)
- Made-to-order items ship within 10 business days of sale
- Shipping is currently offered to:
* Australia - $12 standard, $15 express (for some small items I will offer a minimal packaging option for $5 - items will be packaged in a small bag rather than a box, and will be send via Australia Post letter mail)
* United States & Canada - $25AUD standard, $40AUD express
* Singapore - $21AUD standard, $36AUD express
If you would like to purchase an item for shipping to another country, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
Workmanship Guarantee
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the time you receive your item. This includes all metalwork but does not extend to discolouration of turquoise due to natural causes including exposure to regular environmental stressors - for more information, see FAQs and refer to care instructions included with your jewellery.
Exchanges/Returns
- I do not offer a blanket exchange/return policy for change of mind, however if you are not happy with your item, I'm not happy - please reach out immediately upon receipt of your purchase if this is the case and we can discuss options
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind - if you are offered an exchange and cannot find an alternative item you would like, you may instead request a store credit
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns
- If your item is received in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact me immediately to discuss options including repair, replacement or return
